Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy goods from us. The right of withdrawal requires that the goods can be returned in the same condition and quantity. This means that you cannot undo the purchase if you have broken the seal on products for personal care and the like.
The Right of Cancellation Act states that the customer must notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the item in order to cancel. The best way to report that you want to cancel the purchase is to register a case in this category. We will then be able to give you some useful information and you will have a case number to refer to when you send the item back.
